Cameron is made a Zone Leader

Hey Everyone,
Thank you so much for all the emails! I feel bad i didnt wish you all a happy Easter last week and i didnt tell dad Happy Birthday! Im sorry and ill make it up I promise! As for me im doing really good. We just got back from cleaning the church building and i just am nasty dirty. I cant wait to go jump in a nice bucket shower. Well so transfers have come... So far in my district Elder Niamkey is going to Yamossoukro and Im going to....Cocody. Its one of the nicest areas here in Abidjan so im actually really excited for that except im going to be Zone Leader there. To be honest i just want to go back to being junior companion. Youre just able to focus 100% on the investigators and you dont have to worry about the appartment falling apart, sick missionaries, or fights. But im going to take it as a time to grow some more, it will be a good experience for me. I just really dont care so much for transfers because ill be leaving my investigators. And i dont even have a companion whos going to be here to make sure they are baptized, because Brother Kipré is going home to get a little more prepared to go to Ghana for the MTC. We have 4 baptisms this weekend, and 3 so far for the 24th. But im going to make sure they are baptized.
But things have been going great. I have to confess before hand, i havent had the chance to mail letters for a few weeks but i will do all i can to try to get more off. I know you love to get them, but its just been a mess lately. This last weeks been extremely hard for Elder Attiogbe. The poor kid, it just breaks my heart. I just dont know what to tell him or how to help him. But we have been making him laugh more and when he does he kind of loosens up a little.
Well so they arent cutting the power as much as they were! Its been so nice! They only cut our power Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights, but they havent for the last 3 days. Whenever they cut it i just go in the dinning room and sleep on the ground. Its a lot cooler on the ground but its just super uncomfortable. Ive been blessed cause around Wednesday night my back really started hurting because the way i sleep on the ground, but it feels fine now after i slept on the bed for the last couple nights. I cant say we've had any really crazy stories. I guess we have, just none with gun shooting or riots. Well there was a big protest infront of the appartment one day until the cops showed up but it only lasted about 3 hours and after it was calm. I did have an older guy following me around Koweit for about 5 mins just screaming "get out of here. if i see you back, youll see what happens" and stuff like that until i walked past a little shop and this huge guy came out and said "Mon fils, turn-toi et voir si il vas tu toucher." (pretty much, 'my son, turn around and see if he'll touch you' like if he does he'll have a bigger problem). After the guy said it the other one just left. There are a lot of just super nice people here that really do look after us. If it werent for these people i know i would have had already quite a bit of problems.
Well for Easter it was a pretty boring day. They didnt even mention the resurrection or anything in church yesterday! Its really depressing. All it is here is just another holiday that gives everyone an excuse to drink and party. There wasnt even anyone 'crucified' (tied to a cross carried by huge groups of people, like last year). Its a different world out here.
