On November 9th, 2008, Cameron got his mission call! He decided he wanted to open it at his grandparents home. We went to Grandpa & Grandma Cameron's and he opened it and read, "You are hereby called to serve as a missionary of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. You are assigned to labor in the Ivory Coast Abidjan Mission."
We sat and looked at each other trying to figure out where that was...then his grandmother said, "Honey, that's in Africa!" We actually had to find a map to see where the Ivory Coast was.
The Ivory Coast is located on the west coast of Africa, between Ghana and Liberia.
